Howard Resnik, PE - Principal
As a North Carolina native and graduate of North Carolina State University, Howard Resnik has more than 15 years experience in Civil Engineering and land development. His work includes residential, commercial, and industrial land development projects throughout North Carolina, California, and Utah in both public and private sectors. Mr. Resnik has maintained lasting professional relationships while providing safe, sound, and resourceful engineering solutions.

- Mike Broyhill
Mike Broyhill graduated from East Carolina University with a B.S. in Applied Geography, and a minor in Urban Planning. His work experience includes three years of residential and commercial land surveying as well as six years of GIS-based mapping for New Hanover County and private firms. Mike has been with Coastal Site Design, PC since 2007, and can usually be found in the field. When he’s not out performing site inspections, Mike enjoys spending his free time saltwater fishing and playing disc golf.
- Rodney Wright
Rodney Wright graduated from Appalachian State University with a double major in Geography and Community & Regional Planning. Upon graduation he began a career in the GIS industry performing cadastral mapping for public and private enterprise for 6 years. He has been working at Coastal Site Design, PC for three years as an Engineering Technician specializing in commercial and residential design. He is currently enrolled at UNCW in their two plus two program pursuing a degree in Civil Engineering.

- Justin Hanes
Justin Hanes graduated from the University of North Carolina at Wilmington with a B.A. in Environmental Studies. Past work experience includes 5 years in the photogrammetric field performing aerial mapping services for various counties in and around the eastern seaboard. Justin has 2 years experience as an engineering technician with a focus in residential and commercial development.
- Jeremy Martin
Jeremy Martin, a life-long resident of Wilmington, NC, has more than a decade of drafting, design and mapping experience. Mr. Martin uses programming skills and unique spatial solutions obtained from the GIS/Mapping industry to meet the demands of local planning and review boards. As an Engineer Technician, Mr. Martin is committed to the sensitive future development of our region.
